client ----> squid -----> another proxy -----> internet

The machine contains the squid server can only access the internet via proxy .IS there any solution in Squid to act as a peer proxy or something like that.
Note. I don't have the access of "another proxy" I only have the IP and port of "another proxy" from which i can access the internet
