Hi,
I am using citadel to handle my mail, and I want the name from the client E.G. Michael Taboada to replace the person's user name.
For example, if I have a user called person, and they're real name is Michael Taboada, and their name is set that way in their client, the mail in other people's inboxes still shows person, instead of Michael Taboada.
This applies to all inboxes sent to, not just other citadel users.
Any help is appreciated.

It seems that people aren't very familiar with Citadel .
Either that or there aren't many people on this forum .

I'm posting this in case someone else has had the same problem. It took me weeks to figure it out. First be logged in as admin click on Administration, add,change, delete user account. Select user name that you want to change then select display name. here is where you put the name that you want to show when an email is sent. click save then
click on advanced change your preferences and settings then check "preferred display name for email messages' choose how you want your emails to display when sent. then save again. now when you send an email that name will show in the email.
