Firmware

Have you tried to upgrade the firmware of the 7911 phones? This worked for a previous company I worked at.

You might try some of these links. I have no experience with the Asterisk Server.

http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/SCCP-HOWTO2

http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/A...one+cisco+79xx

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voic.../11822sr4.html

Also has anything changed on your network (i.e. a firewall change that would prevent such traffic or a router change etc etc)?

Yep, there is a change in the network, the internet provider is changed, but i need to say that telephones can send calls, but it can't receive calls any more in that branch.

Did the phones stop working at the sametime the ISP was changed?

Have you watched Asterisk (asterisk -vvvvvvvvvvvvr) as calls come in to see what happens? Can the phones call internally, from extension to extension? What is your upstream connection? SIP trunk? If you have changed ISP, your external IP has probably changed too. This might be affecting registration of the inbound trunk.

try

sip show registrars

sip set debug

and monitor incoming calls

You didn't answer any of my questions...

1. Can the phones call internally, from extension to extension?

2. What is your upstream connection? SIP trunk?
