Chroot: how to Qmail found with PHP/Apache in Jail?

Hi guys,

I have this directory for Chroot/Jail.

/chroot/xxx
--
/chroot/xxx/etc
/chroot/xxx/usr/
/dev
etc..
etc..
--
Apache and PHP works 100% (chroot/xxx/usr/local/apache2 & /chroot/xxx/usr/local/php).

But i can't install qmail in that jail
I copy all files qmail in:
/chroot/xxx/var/qmail/

Then:
chroot /chroot/xxx /var/qmail/rc
Result: chroot: cannot run command `/var/qmail/rc': No such file or directory
(I put that file "rc" in /chroot/xxx/qmail/rc).

I need to use php with qmail in chroot
┐How to.., help me please?.

Thanks all
Linuxy.
