does anybody could explain me how to chroot samba folder ?

Erm, your question is a little vague. If you're trying to chroot into any folder, you use the following:

# chroot /path/to/chrooted/folder
That said, I don't think that's the information you're asking. Why do you need to chroot into your samba folder?
