check_asterisk - Asterisk SIP Channel Nagios Plugin

Hello,
Im trying to create check_asterisk plugin to nagios and I found how to do it in the web: http://www.voip-info.org/tiki-index....check_asterisk

but don't know what monitor means:
check_command check_asterisk!sip:monitor@<asterisk IP Address>!port

and also don't know how to create the plugin they mention. How can I do it?

Hi!
I found that page too, but I'm not able to get it working.
As far as I understood, the check_asterisk file containing the perl code has to be placed in the /usr/local/nagios/libexec/ directory.
Then, I left the monitor word as it is in the check_command line. The only difference is that I didn't specify the port.
Next I think a new line "command" should be created in /usr/local/nagios/etc/nrpe.cfg, in order to tell the nrpe client what that the check_asterisk command exists.
Actually, at the moment, my Nagios server says "(Return code of 127 is out of bounds - plugin may be missing)". The problem is that I don't know what is the right line to add now. Did you find anything meanwhile?
