Check NON-Shell Mail using IMAP

Hi Guys,

Quick one, is there a way to check non-user mail (that is, non-shell users like www-data, root, e.t.c) through IMAP? I am currently using Dovecot-IMAP for my shell users so they can check mail that is sent by the system to them, but I would like a way to do this for users that do not have shell accounts. I had a quick google but it's too warm and humid to go digging through mountains of unrelated information...

Halp!

Thanks.

As far as I remember, most of the mail related to non-shell users are sent to $ADMINISTRATOR, which is typically root or another specified user. You probably need to dig through the config file of each service to see where the mail is getting routed to.
