Unhappy cannot view my apache web using live ip address


Hello goodmorning

i have a question and im wondering why i cannot view my apache using Live IP address provided by our ISP...

you know, this last week i used they OLD IP address or static IP address but since our provider told us to change theyre router and they will give us new IP static after that all new static IP address i replaced it in my server but i noticed if i browse outside they cannot find my web server...

so what im doing first is to off the firewall but no luck still cannot view...


what do you think, is is the new IP Static is the problem just because they secured... hmmm


please i need advise

is the firewall allowing access???
have you set up the correct nat/pat translation to your localhost?
