Cannot set ACLs via samba

Hello,
I have a issue with samba share:
I can set acls on the device itself, but when I what to set them via Explorer, I get in Windows 7 the message: "Access is denied" and on Server 2012 R2 "Failed to enumerate objects in the container: Access is denied"

This is my global part of the smb.conf
Code:
[global]
log level = 3
workgroup = DOMAINNAME
password server = 10.16.1.2
realm = DOMAINNAME.NET
security = ads
kerberos method = system keytab
        server string = %h server (Samba, Ubuntu)
        idmap config DOMAINNAME:backend     = ad
        idmap config DOMAINNAME:default     = yes
        idmap config DOMAINNAME:range       = 500 - 300000000
        idmap config DOMAINNAME:schema_mode = sfu
        winbind normalize names = yes

        winbind use default domain = yes
        winbind enum users = no
        winbind enum groups = no
        winbind nested groups = yes
        winbind nss info = sfu
        invalid users = root bin daemon lp sys tty cluster guest
        inherit acls = yes
        inherit permissions = yes
        map acl inherit = yes
        obey pam restrictions = no
        restrict anonymous = 2
   dns proxy = no
   log file = /var/log/samba/log.%m
   max log size = 1000
   syslog = 0
   panic action = /usr/share/samba/panic-action %d
   passdb backend = tdbsam
   unix password sync = yes
   passwd program = /usr/bin/passwd %u
   passwd chat = *Enter\snew\s*\spassword:* %n\n *Retype\snew\s*\spassword:* %n\n *password\supdated\ssuccessfully* .
   map to guest = bad user
   usershare allow guests = yes
vfs objects = acl_xattr
map acl inherit = yes
store dos attributes = yes

The logs shows no error
Currently I have no idea where to search
Any ideas?

I assume the underlying filesystem is mounted with ACLs enabled?

cancel. I missed a sentence...
