Cannot load /usr/local/apache2/modules/libphp5.so into server:


Hi,

I have installed Apache httpd-2.3.16-beta with manual, and configured with ssl, i gave commands as step by step.

[root@localhostphp-5.2.17#./configure

[root@localhostphp-5.2.17#././configure --with-apxs2=/usr/local/apache2/bin/apxs --with-openssl=/usr --disable-libxml --disable-dom --disable-simplexml -disable-xml --disable-xmlreader --disable-xmlwriter --without-pear ^Cwith-mysql

[root@localhostphp-5.2.17#make

[root@localhostphp-5.2.17#make install

[root@localhost php-5.2.17]# /usr/local/apache2/bin/httpd -k start
httpd: Syntax error on line 145 of /usr/local/apache2/conf/httpd.conf: Cannot load /usr/local/apache2/modules/libphp5.so into server: /usr/local/apache2/modules/libphp5.so: undefined symbol: unixd_config.

how to resolve this issue. Please?

Hi,

I guess that the the php version you're trying to install is not aware of the changes made in apache-2.3.x
Why don't you try to install the latest php-5.3.9 instead of the old 5.2.17 that is no longer supported.

php module error

Dear All

I am getting below error when i Tyaing host php site
Please help me to out of this error

./httpd -k stop
httpd: Syntax error on line 149 of /usr/local/apache2/conf/httpd.conf: Cannot load modules/libphp5.so into server: /usr/local/apache2/modules/libphp5.so: undefined symbol: unixd_config

I am awating replay soon
