Cannot enable sshd on Fedora 19

Hi,

I'm new to linux and fedora, and i want to setup a remote desktop server on a fedora 19 machine. Here's what I've tried so far:

$ service sshd status
Redirecting to /bin/systemctl status sshd.service
sshd.service - OpenSSH server daemon
Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/sshd.service; disabled)
Active: inactive (dead)

$ service sshd start
Redirecting to /bin/systemctl start sshd.service
Failed to issue method call: Access denied

any help on how to enable ssh or how to enable remote desktop server would be apreciated

Thanks

You need to be root to start services...a 'regular' user account doesn't have rights to do so. So, type in "sudo service sshd start", or log in as root ("su - root", followed by the root password), and run that command.
