Cannot add winXP machine to my openLDAP based domain controller.

I have configured a OpenLDAP based server in Redhat Enterprise 4 linux.
I is configured properly
It answers to the query, I can add objects to the server etc.
I have also configured DNS for the openldap server and my entries to zone file are as following. SRV 0 0 389 SRV 0 0 389

But now what problem I have is that I cannot add a WinXP machine to this domain.

Please help me solving this problem.
