Can Send Email but cannot recieve Email

Dear Linux Users,

I have a virtual dedicated server (from godaddy.com) and well there tech support sucks i have had alot of issues with this server for a long while now and i am pretty much done but since my website has been up for so long its kinda hard just to purchase a diffrent hosting provider and then try to transfer everything over.

My problem is a very BIG problem i cannot recieve any emails i can send emails but not recieve they are stuck in queue in horde/qmail and i need them to come to my outlook express.

It all happend the other night when i sent a bulk email to all my clients in my outlook it said i went over my smtp relays but even that is not accurate since i got 7,000 relays per day for the email i used to send. Well i begain to worry when i have not even recieved any spam emails yet and this has been for 24 hours. I have noticed i got about 200 emails in que and nothing has been pre-processed. Anyway i can fix this?

Also as well Plesk it half ass works i cannot add dns, domains and other things on my server. Would anyone be willing and or helpfull to troubleshoot my server?

i do music promotions here in chicago so we can give you FREE music and FREE Mixes in exchange for help sorta thing.

Same here

I'm glad I found this before my launch date for my site. I have (just yesterday) created my email addy's, I then added them to my Windows Mail. tested it out, and of course it wasn't working, so when I logged into Horde, there were not TEST emails, I could send through horde, but not recv. So in short I am having the same problems...
Hopefully we will get the answer we need Mr. Chicago....

For time out issue :

For Webmail timeout, check time limit in php.ini file.
Also check Attachement site in php.ini and webmail config, if you are having larger attachement.

For Receiving mail issue,
First of all check DNS report(http://www.dnsreport.com) for your domain.
Are you getting proper MX records?
If not, check godaddy.com and add necessary MX records.
Check whether your firewall/router ( if using ) doesnt block smtp port.
If you are using cox.net network, SMTP settings are different, instead of mail.domainame.com, you have to use smtp.east.cox.net (Check cox.net for exact setttings).
Consult ISP if they are filtering mails at their end before sending to World.

There are lot more things to find out exact problem. But start with checking MX records.
