can not send email but can receive email

In a company,some users cant send email.but they can receive emails.i dont know what is the problems.anyone can solve it.

Can you give any more details? Is everyone in the same building? On the same network? Are they getting error messages? Is your server logging any errors?

in same network and also different netwoek also.both has problems.how can i check the errors?i am using centos linux mail server.

(1)make sure the user's mail client are configured correctly.

(2) After this Check ur pop3 configuration or whatever u set .
R u using sendmail+dovecot ? or What?

which MTA you are using?
did you had authorization given to all ids or only some id have authorized to send and receive from outside
