Can BCC field be visible to mail administrator?

I am an mail server (SMTP) administrator? I wonder whether all emails sent to me would disclose BCC field. If not, how can I make them visible.

The reason is that an admin account (root, postmaster, etc.) needs to see all addresses (to, cc, and bcc) in the email sent to the admin.

Only by checking the mail logs.. being admin doesn't mean anything to a mail client, bcc is still 'blind'
