Can't access Fedora Hosted Web Site

I am now hosting Moodle on a Fedora 8 system.
The site works fine from the Fedora system ONLY by going through http://localhost/LMS.

I have Apache listening on both LocalHost:80 and 192.168.x.x:80 but I cannot access the web site from any system other than from the Fedora system. Anyone have any experience with this and care to shed some light on the subject?

Probably a firewall issue. Is port 80 open in your FW?

Yes port 80 is open and set as trusted in Fedora's firewall. I even have the NIC set as a trusted device.

I cannot access the site from any system in my Windows Server 2003 Domain.

Could this be an issue with DNS in AD?

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but are you trying to access http://localhost/LMS from your Windows PC?

Yeah NO.
I am trying to access it through http://<MachineName>/LMS OR http://192.168.x.x/LMS.
Neither of which work.
