Can't send to shared mailbox on cyrus-imad 2.6 on CentOS 6

Hi All,
Trying to create a shared mailbox on my email server: cyrus-imad 2.6 on CentOS 6, with postfix 2.2.6. Followed the info on this site: http://wiki.linuxwall.info/doku.php/...shared_mailbox
The mailbox was created under shared.groupmail, and I made the recommended changes in postfix and /etc/aliases but sending email to the mailbox always results in a "Action: failed
Status: 5.1.1
Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 550-Mailbox unknown. Either there is no mailbox
associated with this 550-name or you do not have authorization to see it.
550 5.1.1 User unknown"
Any suggestions here greatly appreciated! Thanks.

Try listing users by full email address, with the domain and extension.
