Can't Reconfigure slapd

Hi All,

When I installed slapd it pulled some default vaules from my host. What I would like is for the top of he directory to be "top" (in the event I want to add more domains other than my main one). I am following the tutorial found here:

https://www.lisenet.com/2014/install-an ... an-wheezy/

This was working fine up until I upgraded to Jessie. Now, when I run the dpkg-reconfigure command, it takes me through the settings just fine. But when I do a slapcat, it displays the default setup with "dc=mydomain,dc=org" instead of "dc=top" like I want it to. I've tried purging all of the settings and everything as well. Can anyone offer me some suggestions?

Thanks!
