I've installed GD Library, but i don't know if its the correct one i've installed i did urpmi gd, and restarted httpd, checked php info which says that it was enabled, but when i ran the script it didn't work. So tried libgd which told me to installed different package which i did but it still doesn't work can't somebody help me in installing GD Library please.

Start by expanding upon "doesn't work". There are many ways in which something like software may not work as expected, and no one is going to be able to guess which of those ways applies to your situation.

Well the php script that i run on my server doesn't work seems to be doing a lot it just show a broken link to an image and that's it. I script is good as i use to run it on another server, that also have GD. Am assuming that i didn't install GD Lib properly here. But i just need some advice on how to install it and if i have the right package.

Well, I'm not familiar with Mandrake but I'm fairly sure you could get yum on it or use it's own package system.

Aside from that, we really need to know more about the problem. Could you post your code? Most times there is simply an issue with that.

Have you checked to log files for your server? Especially the error log.
