Can't build PHP5 on RHEL4 - can't find libmysqlclient

RHEL does not provide a link to libmysqlclient.so in /usr/lib/mysql, so one neds to be created. There are multiple ways to do this.

- Easiest, export LDFLAGS='-L/usr/lib64/mysql'
- Edit ld.so.conf
- Create the link (but this might break any dependent 32-bit binaries if they exist.)
