Browsing smb shares on a mixed netowork
 

I have 2 windows boxes and several linux boxes all running Samba with various flavors of Linux.

I can see the Win servers are online using pyNeighbourhood and Webmin but neither of them can detect the Win shares. pyNeighborhood and Webmin do detect all the Linux box shares properly.

The strange thing is that from a Linux box, smbtree does detect all the shares on both Win and Linux boxes and so does Nautilus. pyNeighbourhood apparently uses smbtree.

Any idea what this could be?
