browsing problem when using Lusca Web/Proxy Cache on slackware

hello, i using lusca as proxy in my office, i found tutorial about lusca include install and i have been try. (but the tutorial for ubuntu & redhat or debian and freebsd) .. i didnt found for slackware.

but i have got problem when browsing using the proxy port .. to slow .. and many time out .

anyone have tutorial or experience about installing in slackware include tunning.conf, squid.conf, refresh.cong, include.conf, systcl.conf (did slackware need it?) .. configure [option] ....please share with me
