Browser Sync Server

I am looking for a way to sync bookmarks and passwords cross platform (windows and *nix) hopefully with all browsers. If Safari and IE are unable to that is fine, hopefully chrome and Firefox are able to be done at the very least. I am aware of the tons of free and paid servers that do this but for security purposes I would like to host the server as this is for a large organization. I looked in to weave and Xmarks(foxmarks) and they are great but miss the cross browser support I need. anyone else have suggestions?

thanks.
