bluequartz displaying wrong information

I'm running a centos 4.9 server with Bluequartz 5100R Series web gui. I have a brand new vsite set up which is only using 1mb of disk space, but under Usage Information/Disk in the web gui it's showing 521Mb used, which is wrong and I keep getting nag emails from the server warning me I've overused my disk quota. I've searched for ages but can't find where this error is and I've searched through the logs and all files over 500Mb. It's an entry in a file somewhere - where is this info stored that is displayed in the gui?
