Blacklist Email Sending on Postfix

I was wondering if anyone knows a specific way you can block a specific user on my email server from sending via POSTFIX to a specific email address. I simply want to restrict / blacklist an internal user from sending an email to a specific external address.

Is this possible?

Did you ever get an answer to this? I'm trying to do the same thing. Block email from one internal address or host to a specific external recipient like user@domain.com
