Bind Redirect help

Hello.

I am trying to setup a redirect in Bind 9. swscan.apple.com is the default server for apple updates. I want to redirect (or answer authoritatively) dns queries on my dns server for swscan.apple.com to a local ip address on my network. I have seen a bunch of posts similar to this question but no one ever shows a sample zone file outlining how to do this. Any help would be great.

Ok. I got the internal view setup. Now for the zone file for "apple.com"

Here is an example of my current apple.com zone. The issue now is that a nslookup for swscan.apple.com does return 192.168.0.25 but all other apple hosts do not respond. I still want the other apple hosts to be queried from the internet.

--------------------------------------------------------------
$TTL 86400
; /var/named/apple.zone
;
; BE SURE TO INCREMENT 'serial' whenever updated
;==================================================================
apple.com. IN SOA ns1.somewhere.net. hostmaster.somewhere.net. (
2009052101; serial
28800 ;refresh (8 hours)
7200 ;retry (2 hours)
604800 ;expire (7 days)
86400 ) ;minimum ttl (1 day)

;
; Name servers
;
swscan.apple.com. IN NS ns1.somewhere.net.

;
; local Canonical names
;
swscan.apple.com. IN A 192.168.0.25

;
; MX area
;
swscan.apple.com. IN MX 10 mailserver.somewhere.net.

Why don't you make the zone for "swscan.apple.com" instead of "apple.com" ? It should work.
