Can anyone help me which is the best ticketing tool available in linux .. |
Bugzialla. http://www.bugzilla.org/. Read and follow the installation and configuration instructions, have MySQL or PostgreSQL installed and running.
Hope this helps some. |
Hi,
I tried my hands on OTRS and found in pretty good. Though I have never used it in production, but one of my juniors has implemented it in production environment for a small company. |
Using osTicket.com here, it's lightweight and does the job for us.
