Basic Postfix Configuration?

I am trying to learn Postfix but, it's not going well.

All I want (to start out) is-

1) Local Unix user delivery disabled - (all users should be virtual).
2) Multiple Domains
3) using Maildir

I don't understand the manual, I learn by example...

Can anyone supply me with a BASIC config file that I can examine and build upon?

Yeah I saw them and I didn't understand it. Those instructions don't really address how to disable local unix users.

I have my email server setup with this tutorial and for more than 8 months it's working fine
