Basic hardware requirement for Squid cache serving 100 users

Hi! I'm planning a Squid cache on Ubuntu server that serves 100 users. I have subscribed a 20M ADSL broadband connection. What is the recommended hardware requirement that would allows them to use FB simultaneously?

I have a really old Dell Poweredge 1650 with 1.5G RAM and a 64G HD... do you think it is enough to do the job?

There's no real way to tell without a detailed traffic profile, give it a go and see how it's performing at peak times.
