What is the content of bacula-dir.conf? Maybe it misses a closing brace.

You could cut off end (whole part) of your configuration file
/etc/bacula/bacula-dir.conf

Revert the file from a backup, download bacula and extract that file.
http://sourceforge.net/projects/bacula/
http://wiki.bacula.org/doku.php?id=sample_configs

Of course just check if have all braces, very usually the last at the end of file is missing
your bacula-dif.conf has to end something like:
{
... content ...
}
