Awstats for multiple domains

I have installed Awstats on my CentOS 4.5 server that has about 1000 domains virtually hosted using the VirtualDocRoot option in apache, not separated Vhosts . Anyhow, I used LogFormat and CustomLog to output a separate log file in a modified "combined" format that has the virtual server name at the end, using %V. I configured Awstats with the "combined" format with the addition of %virtualname for my custom log format.

My goal is to have a single Awstats that has the stats for all domains on the server, not per-domain. Everything works fine so far other than SiteDomain, which of course filters out a single domain for awstats. I have tried the server IP, server hostname, etc but still can only get Awstats to report for a single domain, and not all the domains on the server.

My questions:

A) Can awstats be configured to report for all my domains on the server?
B) If this is even possible, can awstats print the pages visited in full URLs instead of relative paths like "/index.php"? That way I can see what domains are visited globally.

Thanks for any responses, or suggestions. If you can just point me in the right direction I would be very happy.

I actually got Awstats to parse all the domains in the webserver log, using my custom log format which is actually adding a "" <virtualhost>/<query> format. SiteDomain="*" got it to parse all, my question I guess now is does anyone know how I can get the visits URLs in awstats reports to be a instead of a relative "/index.php"?
