Hello,I installed on my VPS with linux php and apache2, everything works, but when I start apachem, port 80 is listening to something. And if I put some html file into the / var / www / html folder, it will appear on x.x.x.x: 80 but the php will not. This only works when I release the apache that I set to port 90 and it is then x.x.x.x: 90. How do I get to have html and apache with php on port 80? When I set it up with apache, it throws an apache 98 error, so it does not go to 80, because it's already listening.
Thank you.

Hi and welcome to LQ,
You should give more details about your system, like distro-version, apache-version, log files, etc...
In the meantime you can run the following command to find out what's running on port 80
