Apache works on localhost not on ipaddress


My apache configuration stop working on ipaddress ,its works on localhost. i had checkedout apache conf using syntax it works fine

root@ubuntu:~# clear
root@ubuntu:~# service apache2 start
* Starting web server apache2 httpd (pid 4911) already running
[ OK ]
root@ubuntu:~# apace2ctl -t
No command 'apace2ctl' found, did you mean:
Command 'apache2ctl' from package 'apache2.2-common' (main)
apace2ctl: command not found
root@ubuntu:~# apache2ctl -t
Syntax OK
root@ubuntu:~# apache2ctl -S
VirtualHost configuration:
61.8.144.238:80 is a NameVirtualHost
default server ubuntu (/etc/apache2/ports.conf:25)
port 80 namevhost ubuntu (/etc/apache2/ports.conf:25)
61.8.144.238:90 is a NameVirtualHost
default server ubuntu (/etc/apache2/ports1.conf:25)
port 90 namevhost ubuntu (/etc/apache2/ports1.conf:25)
wildcard NameVirtualHosts and _default_ servers:
*:80 ubuntu (/etc/apache2/sites-enabled/000-default:1)
Syntax OK

You mean it listens only on 127.0.0.1?
Check /etc/apache2/ports.conf and /etc/apache2/ports1.conf (why are you using 2 files anyway?) to see on what interfaces it's configured to listen. Or run

Just for grins and giggles, I tried pinging the addresses in your post.

61.8.144.238 returned packets. 61.8.144.238:90 and 61.8.144.238:80 returned "unknown host."

Are the ports open and is port forwarding enabled in your router? Also, might your ISP be blocking those ports?

Only thing that comes to mind is the ports aren't being forwarded.. check:
