Apache using worker mpm

Hi there!

My inquiry is, we had this website which worked fine on apache version 2.2.15 using prefork mpm. We wanted to test this using worker mpm, so I compiled apache with the worker module and checked it was working but when we try to load the web page, we got a blank page.

We are using fedora 11.

Any inputs are of big help.

you don't need to recompile anything, you just set apache to use worker in /etc/sysconfig/httpd, there's a line there ready to uncomment (at least there is on rhel5.)

Hi Chris, thanks for the reply.

Does re-compiling apache caused an effect on our current issue, that the home page won't load? It's weird because no error log was produced when we try to access the web site.
