apache - user accounts - allow only html for users

I would like to create web server for my users. When I add user it creates user account in /home dir and it is ok, but I would like to give option to users to upload their small web presentations which should be available on

What do I need to setup in apache to have this done

few more questions.
How to set up user quota (for example 10MB per user) and how to allow only html files in their user dirs?

when I add user ftp working fine but I don't want to gave them more than 10MB and disable dynamic web pages.

You want to have a look at mod_userdir in Apache and the configuration,

Which FTP server are you using ? Most FTP servers have virtual quota system which allow to to limit FTP users based on the number of files, size etc.
