Apache reverse proxy

I have an internal box (running Apache 1.x) that hosts various virtual hosts. I would like to put a box Redhat box on DMZ (Apache 2) that would redirect requests to those vhosts.

Could someone shed some light on how hard or easy would that be to setup and what do I need to do in Apache? Also, do I need to make any DNS changes?

Thanks for any help.
