Apache page load waits for query completions on server move

Well as the subj states, we have a few pages for inventory that take up a bit of time. The site was moved for numerous reasons, and wonder what Apache change must be put in to make it work the older way.

On the old box, they selected the inventory, the page instantly displayed, and as the query returned data, the page kept showing more rows so they could see data immediately and the scrollbar just got smaller as more rows were dynamically added.

The newer server simply gives that white page as it waits for the entire query and page to be built then show (taking minutes).

So what needs to be done to have it simply show that data as it gets it.

Thanks/
