Welcome to LQ!

I don't know what's your problem because I don't understand your post yet.
1. you run apache
2. you run an application on it
3. you want to access it with a different URL than localhost

Do you have created any virtual hosts? How does the address in the browser look like?

1. Apache , I have script installed php script , and everything works fine , and when i open the website via ip address or domain and i try to login it redirects me to localhost
2. I have pictures uploaded and those pictures doesn't show www.domain.com/1.jpg but they only show via localhost/1.jpg

Mind posting the (login) script? Please use code tags.

Please check the apache error logs in /var/log for pointers; exact subdirectory in /var/log depends on distro.
