Question apache cache issue

Hi Folks,

I am using apache 2.2 on RHEL 6, I have configured apache cache and now I have upload some new content to my website but still it is keep serving old contents to my user.

I have restart/cleared browser cache.

Can you please guide me how can I serve my new images instead of old images.

Thanks in advance...
