Apache 2 Internal Server Error

I'm working on building a high performance cluster using the Rocks Cluster Distribution, but after my frontend is installed I can't access the web interface. When connecting to https://127.0.0.1/ I simply get a page saying "Internal Server Error" along with some information about the version of Apache. There is no error number or anything like that. It looked like other people having issues with Apache checked /var/logs/apache2/error but this file does not exist on my system.

See if /var/log/httpd/error.log exists.
