this is Web server and it hang for few hours. So , i restart the server, and stuck at this screen. then i do a screen shot on this.
Any idea to solve the problem ?

No error on the screen, just the boor process. Can you start up the server in init 1?

init 1 : Single user mode or emergency mode means no network no multitasking is present in this mode only root has access in this runlevel

Yes, after starting in init 1 you are able to look at your log files. Probably gives you more information regarding the problems causing your server to hang during boot.
