You prefer Centos, debian but Ubuntu Server is is more userfriendly to configure and use and its based on debian.

but i am looking for a distribution that has some sort of 'control panel' for these services
thus avoiding to my hand into the coding and setting up of every service.

You seem to be asking for something like SME server (is that correct?). I'm sure that there are other options on distrowatch, but the names do not currently come to mind.

However, it would seem that something like webmin in combination with any server distro would do what you want.
