AD Domain user to be a super-user

I have a very stupid case, I have to use a domain user to install one software in RHL4.8, but this software need a super-user permission but not root.
So I need a domain user who has super-user permission.
Not use su, sudo.
If I use su or sudo ,the software will be installed under root. The requirement is the software must be installed under a domain user.
How can I do?

What type of install package are you talking about, RPM or install from source? If you are installing from source you should easily be able to install to any directory the user has write permission to without any super user permissions.

In the folder there are some jars and a bin. If I use a domain user to install the software with the bin ,it throw an error about permission. If I use root to install, it is ok. But the requirement is I must use a domain user to install it.

It throws an error when I run the bin, not when I choose a directory.
