Access to device on WAN side of firewalled SME Server

I *used* to know the answer to this - but I need to be reminded. I have a server running the CentOS derivative SME Server 8.0. The server is configured in "server-gateway" mode, with eth0 (LAN side) configured as 192.168.xx.xx/255.255.255.0, eth1 (WAN side) using 10.0.x.x/255.255.255.0. There is a device on the WAN side with a single address:80 I need to access from the LAN side, but also to block DHCP broadcasts from the device to the LAN side. How is this most easily accomplished?
