Question Access a website via an external server(through proxy)

Hi everybody,
it's my first post and i'm glad i been here!
suppose i have a website named www.site.net now i want to access this website using proxy server(squid,or etc...) under my personal server named www.anotherwebsite.net:8080, means that www.site.net = www.anotherwebsite.net:8080
could anybody help me to figure this out ??!!

Thank You and sorry I have not enough knowledge in it

Proxy is not DNS server its just a middle server between clients and servers. Its help to cache, authenticate and filter clients request..
