Question A question about HAProxy load balancer

Hi,
we are willing to implement Apache+HAProxy load balancer to serve web pages from multiple nodes. We want to ask about a possiblity:

Is it possible to configure HAProxy that it will forward request for static pages (html etc.) to Server 1..2..3.. AND forward request for dynamic content (.pl, cgi) to server 5..6..7..? So that one set of servers serve static contents and another set serves dynamic contents.

Plz advice.
