I am also experiencing the same issue. Can someone please help me?
I am using Centos7 and installed VSFTPD on it and added files in /var/ftp/pub folder. In another Centos7, I am using ftp to connect and it connects fine. However, when I am trying to go to /var/ftp/pub, folder, it gives error as shown below.
[root@client ~]# ftp 192.168.0.15

Below is the permissions of /var/ftp/pub
[root@ftp ~]# ls -ld /var/ftp/
drwxrwxrwx. 3 ftp ftp 17 Aug 3 2017 /var/ftp/
I have disable SELINUX, disabled firewall and made sure, it port 21/20 are open for TCP.
