421 There are too many connections from your internet address :FTP Centos 6.2


hi

When i try to access my server it throws of following error in ftpd .the server has been hosted in vps .

Status: Delaying connection for 1 second due to previously failed connection attempt...

check for this line in your vsftpd.conf file

Code:
max_per_ip
increase the value and restart the service

Hi
Thanks for our reply .i Could not flooding off of my serevr .Even a single user is not connecting our Ftp server .Even im getting such sort of error .Any help why these error happen

I am not sure but the possible reason may be users might not have done a proper exit from the ftp server.

You can give a try
restart your ftp server or increase the value once and see if you are able to connect
