[VPS] High CPU/Memory Apache2

Hi,

I've been having some troubles with high memory and cpu usage. Everytime +5 users start to browse the site the memory usage jumps up through the roof eventually generating the "unable to allocate memory"

I've tweaked some Apache2 settings but they don't seem to be working?

Any idea how to tackle this problem, what should I be looking for, error logs aren't providing thorough details for fixing.

Sincerely
PK
