Yahoo Mail error 999

Hi all, i had problem where i can't access to yahoo mail and the error state as error 999. But it can be access when using outside (public) proxy. Yahoo said our network/isp has a problem with virus or spyware but out network access withsite through proxy and the others will be blocking by firewall. does anyone has a same problem, and how to solve this issue.

if u have problem with your porxy

make sure ur proxy allows https port

also cna u access any other site with https protocol
